2. Analog/Mixed-signal IC design
Including: Numerical simulation of nanometric devices (including semiclassical as well as full quantum transport and efficient algorithms for their solution), Microelectronics reliability evaluation (build a multivariate evaluating model and algorithm which can deal with multiple objections in the model), analog layout automatic design (adopt geometric programming into a flow to achieve analog layout retargeting. the results has been reported by ACM transaction), IC design (power management system, energy harvesting system, CMOS image sensor, and small signal readout circuits)
